• Details about the vehicle, property, door or lock involved

For automotive work we also verify proof of ownership and photo ID before cutting or programming a key. We check that document at the vehicle; we do not retain a copy.

How we use it

Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, quote and schedule the work, carry out the job, and keep a record of what was done in case you need us again. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third-party lead generators or marketing companies.

How long we keep it

We keep job records for as long as we need them for warranty, accounting and tax purposes. If you would like your details removed from our records, email us and we will do it, except where we are required to keep them by law.

This website

This site is a static website. It does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives a request from your browser including your IP address when a page loads. If you submit the contact form, the details you enter are sent to us by email through our website host.
